Selling your Home? Buying a Home? Doing Both?
Choosing a realtor is probably the most important decision you will make at the start of this stressful process.
We are extremely glad that we chose Sheila for both the buying and selling process. Her professionalism and understanding of our needs and expectations guided us through the process step by step. Her willingness to arrange viewings of properties we showed interest in and the time spent with us in inspecting them, sometimes more than once, as though she were buying them herself, made her impressions and opinions of them invaluable to us.
 Our house having been custom built did not fit the cookie cutter description of many of the properties on the market which made market valuation difficult. Sheila helped us to understand the market and was willing to allow us to push the envelope with respect to our target price whilst keeping us in touch with reality. She then persuaded us to allow open houses despite our initial reluctance, then personally looked after the staging which certainly enhanced its presentation without overly impacting our personal use and enjoyment.
The sale was completed as a result of our second open house showing that when it comes to knowing what works there is no-one more capable than Sheila.
